Ballroom & Latin Summer Dance Festival - Celebrating the Maccabiah 2026
The competition will bring together dancers of all ages and skill levels from Israel and around the world, featuring categories for amateur couples, Pro-Am dancers, children, youth, and adults. Participants will compete in a variety of dance styles, including Waltz, Tango, Cha-Cha, Rumba, Salsa, and Bachata.
Beyond the competition, the festival reflects the core values of the Maccabiah: excellence, friendship, partnership, and the strong connection between Jewish communities worldwide. Under the Maccabiah 2026 theme, "More Than Ever," dancers from across the globe will come together on the dance floor to celebrate the unifying power of movement, culture, and sport.
The event will take place on July 6, 2026, at the Urim Center in Tel Aviv, marking an important milestone in the continued growth of ballroom and Latin dance as an official Maccabiah sport.
