The Zahal Disabled Veterans Organization is the official representative body in  

Israel, supporting tens of thousands of disabled veterans and security personnel throughout their rehabilitation journey. With five regional districts and four Beit Halochem centers, the organization provides nationwide support, helping these inspiring individuals rebuild their lives.

The Maccabiah is deeply committed to including Paralympic athletes across its sporting events - many of them are Israeli heroes who were injured while serving their country and are now continuing their rehabilitation through sport at the Beit Halochem centers.

This partnership aims to honor and empower these remarkable athletes, providing them with a meaningful platform within the Maccabiah to showcase their strength, determination, and resilience
