The Tzohar organization works with the aim of cultivating the Jewish identity of the State of Israel, through dialogue and the search for common elements of identity. The Tzohar Rabbinical Organization promotes the establishment of a Zionist rabbinical leadership that operates by virtue of its Torah and moral power, and opens the gates to a variety of worlds within the Israeli public. You are invited to meet your rabbi at each of the hotels, who will arrive on each weekend, and will be there to answer and talk to anyone who is interested

Jamd choir concert
JAMD Chamber choir conducted by Stanley Sperber in a concert of classical pieces, Israeli songs, and Spiritual rhythms. The Jerusalem Academy Chamber Choir has been working for over fifty years in the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance. The choir singers are mostly students or graduates of the Academy. The choir was established in 1969 and was immediately recognized as one of the best in the country. Currently, it is known as the leading professional a-cappella choir in Israel. The choir won gold and silver medals in competitions in the USA and Germany and have sang under the direction of some of the world's best conductors, such as: Leonard Bernstein, Zubin Mehta, Gary Bertini, Kurt Masur and Daniel Barenboim. They specialize in a-cappella and premiere many Israeli songs. The choir has toured Europe and performed in various festivals as well as in Jewish and local communities. They have performed a-cappella concerts alongside choral-orchestral programs. In this performance you will meet an smaller version of the choir as an a-cappella ensemble of 12 voices sing a variety of songs for you, including traditional Jewish music, popular Israeli and foreign tunes, as well as some popular American tunes.
