Kabbalat Shabbat is a founding project by the creator of the Ginot Ha'ir Community Administration, in collaboration with Nava Tehila, Hazmana Lepiyyut, and other partners. Admission is free and accessible for the disabled, there is parking for cars and bicycles.

Beit Tefilah Israeli was established as an answer to a personal need of a small group of activists who were looking for a way to live a spiritual, communal life in Tel Aviv in a way that matches the spirit of the time and place. Connecting tradition with modern times. Starting with one experimental Kabbalat Shabbat back on June 25th, 2004, Beit Tefilah Isaeli has become a large, creative, vibrant and an inclusive community - which has become a model for Jewish community organizations offering content services throughout the country.

Kabbalat Shabbat at the Tel Aviv Port has been held for the past 14 years and has become a unique tradition in which hundreds of Israelis and guests participate every week! A diverse audience that meets for a musical and happy Tel Avivian prayer that combines the Jewish tradition with new Israeli creations. This is an opportunity for a unique Shabbat encounter with the Tel Avivian spirit, which invites participants to a prayer that combines the new and old, and manages to touch the human soul. The landscape, sunset, music, breeze and communal atmosphere only add more aspects to the Tel Avivian holiness.
